Please don’t buy any product from this company. I’ve bought Auxus Note 5.5, and still feeling the pinch.

After Shruthisharma service is pathetic. Given my phone on last 03-Jul-15 for repair, and till date(14-Sep-15) I’m counting the days, when I’ll get back the device. On asking to customer care today, they said, it may take another 22-25 days.

1. Within 5 months, devices starts showing concerns.

   
   




2. Camera quality is VGA.

   
   




3. Touch becomes unresponsive very soon.

   
   




4. One restart of the device(without memory card), all your taken photos are lost or erased.

   
   




5. Video play has a delay and streaming of videos are really bad.

   
   




6. Sound or music playing is pathetic.

   
   




7. Not worth for money.
