Pathetic service both at the Spice restaurant and also their house keeping .
-The spice restaurant is as worst as it gets .in spite of multiple requests, the live counter just does not seem to function . makes you feel like a beggar asking for free food .the staff is rude and customer service, is a word alien to them
-water was not placed in the room . called up house keeping, they told me that I had exhausted the 2 bottle quota and I had to point out, it was not placed at all.I was told to search properly. finally got it after more follow-ups . wonder why they are so worried about saving one bottle of water
It is unfortunate that my Company books me here . else they would need to pay me money to stay here .
