We visited the resort last month. It was beyond the expectation. The staff at reception were well groomed and courteous.
This place was very neat and clean with well maintained gardens and walkways. The super deluxe rooms were fabulous. Though they can mop the floors before giving a room for check in. Food was awesome; though little overpriced.
Pool was well maintained. However there was nobody to look for that guests were actually taking shower or not before entering. Its a calm and serene place away from the hush of the city. Driving to this place is little tedious due to the ongoing construction of Metro on Diamond Harbour road and overall narrow road. Overall it was a great experience. Worth visiting.
