It was end of 2009 when I was interviewed by Pankaj Bahl (Training and Development) from IBM. He performed a job where it was clearly evident that he influenced his decision to my job versus his personal interest. Since, I had the limited access to the companys documents and other witnesses are his Juniors, It was impossible to prove his wrong doing.
To many it didnt come as a surprise as he had been doing the same for long. The purpose of this article is to create awareness and save people from this mans wrong doing. If you ever come in contact of Pankaj Behl, ensure that you could prove his every step after the Interview so he could be nailed. I also invite any one to gather evidences to nail him down collectively.
I have decided to never offer my valuable skills to IBM as this company has many other Pankaj Behls (as per my knowledge) I would be more than happy to contribute my share to bring this man down to justice a
