I am using IBM T60 since last 4 months now.
Its v very light weight, slick and high Performance
laptop. I have One GB RAM and it works fine for me.
Some cool feature of this laptop are: *
1) Finger print recognition: This is really cool u don’t need to type ur lengthy password nor u have fear that ur co worker or frens can
see while u r typing. Just swap ur
finger n there u go... its style...
2) torch for keyboard when its dark : when there is no light in home n
even LCD light is not enough for ur to recognize the key use this
3) ThinkVAntage button... it opens up Thinkvantage menu , just like state
menu...
4) Ultimate battery backup : its works for 3-4 hours for me...
5) 54 MBPS Wi FI : it common most of the laptop
6) many options for Function keys...
7) Good speaker ...u can watch movies without putting headphone or without connecting
to external speakers...
8) Sound card is also good...
Negative points about this laptop are:*
1) if you leave it for long time ...some time it goes in "some unknown
mode", which not actually Stand
by if I was stand by it will wake up when I press
power button.... all I have to do is .... close the flap
and open it again and it wakes up... (This could be my illiteracy also)
......it happens once in a while n work around is there so I
don’t find it painful.
2) If open too many applications ( 10-15) and keep them open for 2 day
....it becomes slower ...but I
guess its obvious... most machine do..
Final Recommendation: ** Go for it baby.
