ICC Cable Pune - Worst customer care and service

I have purchased ICC cable at Amanora pune,  at the time of purchase they gave me 1 free channel of star plus and all other changes in based amount of 337.


later next month they have removed all sony channels and then amount was reduced just 7 rupees, now the bill was 330 and there was one complementary SET max channel to everyone. which I told sales person that I dont need. then he promised me to give Sub TV free, but after one month and after lots of calls, he added the sub TV, but the bill increased by 12 rupees, even he promised for 330 but the bill was 342.  then he told me that Ok pay only 330.


later 2 months the bill increased again to 392 without any intemetion about adding or removing any channels, I Saw this online on their website about bill amount.  then I call and email the ICC cable support. where I got reply after 5 days, then they told me that they have added Star Plus package and increased the amount.


Even I didnt tell that I need any additional channel. and the sales person is saying if you want you take it or discontinue.(which is even worst.)


So in my opinion, they are just making money by any means telling you that we have added or removed any channel. Even TRI has said that no cable operator can charge more then consumer is watching. but still they charge a lot.


regarding Support, in last 5-6 months. the cable was not working many times and when even I call for support the person came after 24 hours, and no reply in between about status or ETC. also they pick call only if you call 5-10 times.
