I have been using this since last 4 months. And I regret the decision to take their annual connection for 57600/-.
Their customer care people just take the call and do nothing about it. Usually they will say’Transferring you’ and then put you on indefinite hold.
Their team lead(Someone named Kunal Khanna) today tells me that I was lying and the internet was good. He also tells me "Refund toh bahut door ki baat hai". So, they want to take your money, provide you no service and then behave like this.
I have used Tikona earlier and it was no good either. But the service of ICC is the most horrible( and they have guys like this Kunal Khanna who thinks they are doing a favour by picking up a customer’s call).
My advice: Use your mobile internet but never ever use ICC.
