If you would ask the Indian cricket fan or an ardent Indian fan about ICC umpires, then the first person coming to mind will be the infamous Billy Bowden. Silly Billy as he is called was described by the media as adding fuel to the fire in Indian woes while they were tour in New Zealand.
Other than that, ICC umpires like David Shephard, Rudy Kirtzoen, R.Venkatraghvan, Steve Bucknor have set standards in their field of work. They have showed with their excellent decisions as to whose in command in the center. But some like Bowden with their wrong decisions make one lose their trust in the umpires.
