This year in June 2021 my brother had applied home loan with ICICI bank Hiranandani branch from their representative Ashish for which he assured us to get faster disbursement within 10 days and took original registration documents for further procedure. After one month or so we Suddenly came to know Ashish left the ICICI bank.
So after contacting him he informed us to contract branch representative named SABIR the desk officer who also took further 0ne month to give the correct loan figure which is to be sanctioned, but we needed higher amount, so decided to move to other bank and asked the desk officer SABIR to send the documents back to our residential address. But he could not find the same, first he said they have moved all the branch docs to somewhere else due to sanitization work then after few more days suddenly he was saying they don’t have any original documents which Ashish the first representative who submitted at the time of loan application.
We were in conference call last week with Ashish and the desk guy where we learned they have their internal professional differences you can call it dirty politics. We even sent mails to Branch manager, regional head but they don’t have courtesy to reply even after several reminders. Cause of these issues my brother lost original documents.
Don’t believe such big named bank branch done such a pathetic behavior.
