I have been a customer of ICICI since 2008. I have not faced any major issues with the bank or staff. I used to use the banking services from hinjewadi branch in pune. And I am a satisfied customer. During demoetization too, they were able to manage the cash inflow and out flow for the customers. With a wait of around 2 hrs during the first week of demonetization I was able to exchange my old notes.
I have also used FD/RD services from ICICI and got good returns. Once I faced major issue with the FD service and the ICICI staff coukd resolve my issue properly. There was a offer sometime back where I got a provogie watch for rs. 299.
Last but not the least, I also have a international travel card. Which I have been using since 2012, no issues with that too.
So, finally a happy and satisfied customer of ICICI.
