The staff at Janak Puri branch of ICICI Bank are not at all cooperative. Also, 90% of times their system is either slow or not responding. on asking about the status, the staff says "what can we do.? It is a backend problem. I can’t help you." Not only this, they don’t treat their customers wisely. On the other hand, I recommend HDFC Bank. Dealing with HDFC has never been difficult.
So, all my mouthshut friends, please think twice before landing up in a mess at ICICI Bank Ltd., Janak Puri Branch.
