Icici bank is very big bank and having large number of branches all over India. But After demonetisation of 500 & 1000 rs. Currency, I have faced big problems like very less number of cash withdrawal even after 15 days from demonetisation
And Didn’t get too much benefits from ATM also. Because ATMs was not working most of the time like the co-operative Banks.
In such situations I didn’t find any difference between private bank and small banks.Just because of this I am very disappointed and I never thought I have to do lots of work for such small transactions.
