Not good customer service

As I am using My ICICI account since 2 years,


But still I am not satisfied from their terms.they are giving their employees only 10k-15k salary which is not good of today’s life.


They have a mobile app, which I am still using.this app is very good options.


But their customer service is very bad.


Once I have a deduction of 100 rupee.


I called customer service.


Then they returned me my 100 rupee.


But they don’t give me the reason that why this deduction happens.


And behavior is good but they are clever.they don’t me the reason behind deduction.If I not called them about deduction they will not refund my amount back.


The main problem is If there is no extra service used, so why this deduction happen.


ICICI bank facility is very limited. They are not giving very luxurious service to their employees also.


I don’t know why this type of bank stands in market.


Only good app is not sufficient.


There employees are not is dress.they work in casuals.


And use mobile phones in their working time.


If there is any customer going in their branch, customer stand still as their work is not completed.


Their is no service for sitting.


So guys, be carefully if you are choosing this bank for opening your bak account.
