This is one of most worst place to work for. The Senior Management dumps all the nonsense rules into the people. You cant have any personal life. And the PMS i.e Performance management system is real sick. Actually they should rename it as Perception Management System. If you are good to your boss performance doesn’t matter! Every other year you will be promoted.
And you shouldn’t Question your Management. And their biggest Asset so called Mr. Ram Kumar has his own HR Policies. He is a Cat which drinks milk by closing the eyes and thinks no one had seen him. Senior Management will speak new words and new terminologies they are master’s and Phd’s in that. They can only speak. All their decisions of acquisition except the Bank of Madura is a Big Big flop show.
What ever role you are in Sales is a must. By calling these word they forgot something called Service. People please escalate all your pending queries to RBI. And thanks for their nonsense PMS system I happen to think seriously on my career and happened to Quit.
Now am in the US working for other Bank as a Vice President. Thanks ICICI for not promoting me as Manager. You need to slog as a Dog for a meagre salary. Be aware while discussing Salary Package with ICICI they will show very huge figures in appointment letter.
Don’t be surprised if you get only 60% of them in hand. Believe me "All that glitters are not gold". when I was an employee I received many complaints on the quality of the gold which they sell.
