I have been a valued member and a platinum customer of ICICI for many years. But the recent forex card incident has really disappointed me. They make a fraudulent claim through iMobile that the card will be delivered in 2 business days. However, this was a fraudulent claim: Not only didnt I receive my card within 2 days, my amount also got deducted from my bank account. There is no track of the order ID and request. No email. No information from Forex customer care. This is fraud and poor customer service as I have to travel in 2 days now and no card and no amount.
