ICICI Bank is India’s largest private sector lender and working at ICICI bank has several dynamics, the bank as an employer is very good as it has growth oriented strategy to work upon but after few years of working the speed of growth slowed in many aspects. The salary and other employee related benefits are not up to the standard as other private sector gives and this affects the employee retention over the year.
