This is one of the well known banks in the country and I to have an account in this bank. But a few months ago there was a sudden withdrawal of money from my account without my permission. When I got to the back office and talked with the uncharged there, they told me that the money deducted from the account was taken temporarily and will be transferred back into the account soon.
Later two months, when the money was not given back, I again visited to the back premises and had a talk, even then nothing happened and from then I have been they several times but yet the amount has not been transferred back to my account.
It is very disappointing as my money does not feels secure since then.
