This is worst bank with the worst sales team and marketing team.
I wanted to take credit card for my use. After checking emailer from ICICI I have applied for ICICI credit card. After applying I got call from sales guy and I told him my requirement. He suggested me coral credit card.
I have taken coral credit card just for a purpose of buying bookmyshow tickets.
After receiving the card, while applying for discounts on bookmyshow I am getting same message everytime that number of tickets are exhausted for today. Try later.
When I have called customer care, they are now saying that there is quota everyday basis which was not discussed before taking credit card.
I said its fine that there must be a quota for today but when I m trying to make booking for tickets on 2 days later shows still I m getting same message.
This is fraud things ICICI is doing for selling there credit cards and they are applying 500 fees for it without giving card benefits.
