I am disappointed with ICICI bank, branch- Baddi, dist. Solan, H.P., I had opened online PPF a/c with internet banking. But branch officer has not accepted signed receipt copy of online generated form. Bank officer told me that this online format is not accepted here and you have to fill new form and attach all docs.
ICICI bank Costumer care is paid service not toll free and takes much more time without solving any problem.
I would never recommend anyone to take any services of ICICI bank because I have had very bad experience and I am closing a/c from here.
