I AM AN ACCOUNT HOLDER WITH ICIC BANK, I HAVE NOT FACED ANY PROBLEMS, THERE RESPONSE TIME IS GOOD AND THEY ARE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, FEW MIGHT FEEL THE RECENT PINCH / PROBLEMS, GUYS / GIRLS RELAX THEY ARE STILL THE BEST.There Hyderabad service and response time is good, there Home loan facility is laudable.they have to choose better agents and keep going.
There only problems is the external agency which does not take care of filling the ATMS in time, there new machines does not allow u to withdraw cash more than Rs 4000 & the machine with the swap is real bad.. every transaction u need to login.
DO TRUST THEM FOR QUALITY SERVICE.
