I never visited the branch and I never find any issues with ICICI Bank for the past 3 years. Customer service was good in ICICI Bank but I am not interacted much with them. I will do every thing in net banking. All the banks are similar based on salary account. Along with the salary account welcome kit ICCI bank has offered the credit card. For banking ICIC bank is good. I don’t’ stand in the queue to deposit the amount as they have deposit machines where I can do in five minutes. Also I am getting instant alerts regarding the transaction. They have very good internet banking 24/7
