They never provide what they offer. They always give attractive offers but they when you try to avail them, it never works.
They charge high amount for their offers but never gives return.
No doubt their mobile banking and internet banking services are very user friendly, but they don’t care for their existing customers.
There’s no flexibility in their offers.
When they offered me a credit card, I was told that I can upgrade my card’s limit anytime. Now when I asked to upgrade it, those people are saying you can’t. Rather than helping me, they are keep giving different offers where I have to pay more amount to them.
These people are sick.
