It happened actually 2 months back when my internet banking was disabled because of some OTP and I was told to submit my contact details etc. I am being overseas for last 7 years and they did not accepted any details on email or fax , my sister personal visit to bank with my details was not honored and finally after a chain of emails I posted all my details to there Hyderabad office.
All my details were updated. I even got confirmation email , no OTP block and then even mobile banking ( my overseas mobile) worked as I received one password when I was tried to register one 3rd party account in icici.
All was good BUT yesterday I again received this OTP block when I tried to access my internet banking. and I didnot got any password on email or mobile ?
Now whom should I blame? do I have to keep on updating my details in every 2 months or it is icici system which failed and I do not have any control on that ?
The mere thought of calling customer care of icici makes me shiver because it is close to impossible
to catch any human being on phone and 99% time they donot have any solution to your problem .
could anyone advise what should I do ? I have already put mail to customer care.
