ICICI is the worst bank of world. Their is no customer care. They simply believe in making fool the customers..... I am a victim of this bank.
Just listen to my story. I have a taken a personal loan from Malviya Nagar, Jaipur branch of icici bank
Other then service tax, amount for insurance was also deducted from my loan amount. This amount was deducted even after my long arguments with bank executive against this insurance.
After about 15 days of talking to various level of executives I came to know that one of executive of bank has done my signature... I made complaint but no action , also I filed request to give copy of all paper on which I have signed but they are not providing me the papers.
Definetely I’ll go to police, reserve bank and banking ombudsman against bank..... but after all this is enough to give me a lots of botheration and tension.
