I am having ICICI salaried account, one debit card and one credit card.ICICI bank is having feature like OTP(One Time Password) for transaction on each purchase.I am having registered mobile number of Reliance GSM SIM.Whenever I am making any purchase it is asking me to enter OTP.I am getting OTP for online purchase but when I facing issues on making payment towards credit card as I am not getting any OTP.I called customer care but every time they are making fool of mine and keep saying we are having some technical issues so I am not getting OTP.Then I waited till they so called "technical issues" restored.But the problem was still there.I again called them about not receiving OTP, then they told me that I am having DND service so I am not getting OTP.I stopped my DND service then and still I was not receiving OTP. I feel annoyed with their customer service support.Earlier ICICI bank was having 3D secure pin which was very reliable.But I am not satisfied with this feature.
