I have account of ICICI bank since 2009. I am using salary account with ZERO BALANCE of this bank. It has very good facility for customer. They have their own APP also IMOBILE, we can Recharge, transfer money, EMI, check all details of our all TRANSACTIONS. They have also ICICI POCKETS on their app they have nice offers for mobile recharge. They given upto 50% discount on recharge to me. Everywhere they have their BRANCHES. They have their ATMs in rural area also.
They have good customer support, Their customer care executive are providing perfect solution on any complaint. If we paid online we get PAYBACK POINT also on ONLINE SHOPPING by using their debit card. ICICI bank offers CREDIT CARD to their customer for credit limit up to 1 LAKH. Recently they offer me CREDIT CARD and I am also decided to get it. Every customer of ICICI BANK are satisfied for their service.
They have nice interest rates on our saving account. They provide PERSONAL LOAN, CAR LOAN, HOME LOAN etc. to their customer in low interest rates. They have their own INSURANCE POLICY also which is called ICICI LOMBARD. I was purchased PRADHAN MANTRI SURAKSHA BIMA YOJANA for Accidental Death Insurance OF 2 LAKS in just Premium of RS. 12 per annum. This is the best option than other BANKS.
