I have been using savings bank account of 2 years and one went to deposit the amount in my multiple accounts. im searching for deposit slips but there was machine to insert cash, went there entered account number, confirmed and inserted cash into the machine.
So this deposit machines made changes to the system and working hours are 8 am to 8pm.
Some person approached me to check the account number, there I guided him to the deposit machine. Entered his name Prakash and then confirmed with account number, Amount specified and loaded the respective cash. That’s all done in few seconds No line for deposits. which is a good initiative.
Once there was a miscommunication between me and bank employee regarding a 10 k transaction. Immediately they called and confirmed the details.
