I would suggest you to not to take any personal or other loans from ICICI Bank, I have faced twice problem for getting my no due certificate. My first loan LPBNG00009150281got closed after paying my last installment. and to get its no due certificate I struggled it lot.
Many times I have called to customer care, and they have given wrong information about the same stating that it is already dispatched and somebody has taken on behalf of you, when I have again called after 5 minutes then another customer care person took the call and he said it is came back stating that no address found.
I have many times and even all my credit card bills, phone bills, and also ICICI documents etc came to same address how it can be no address found.
Now on my second loan I have foreclosed it on 18th May 2011, still I have not yet received my no due certificate, when even I call they say from here onwards it will take 9 working days.
Below mentioned are the people to whom I have spoken regards to my closure certificate.

If are hurry to take no due certificate then they will charge you extra Rs. 500 to give.
