I have been associated with ICICI bank for last 5 years. I hold a salary account with ICICI bank, a home loan account and 2 credit cards.
I have been recievig good service from ICICI bank ATM’s and customer service. Best part of being a ICICI bank customer is their internet banking facility, I remain busy in my work so I hate to go to bank branch for any work and ICICI internet banking allows me to handle almost most of my work from internet banking.
My experience with ICICI soared when I became home loan customer of ICICI bank, This bank has no ethics when it comes to charging customers and their home loan service is also very poor. Home loan agents fight with each other to get client under their name in front of customer without thinking what image will that provide of ICICI bank to customer.
I took home loan at 10.5 % floating from ICICI and now it is increased to 12% because I am an old customer and ICICI is giving new home loans at 11.75 % which is highly unethical. Overall stay away from ICICI when it comes to loans. On all other banking services, two thumbs up for ICICI.
