My first ever bank account is in ICICI bank. I was not having any bank account before this. I used to use my father’s account. So I do not have any other any bank service to compare with. I am very much happy with the services provided by ICICI bank.
But I think the only thing to improve is their websites’s graphical user interface. I find it little difficult to use it. It is not so user friendly.
