This is the worst customer experience with icici bank. I submitted.my documents for personal loan in dec 2015 and the case remains active for three months and they even didn’t call back me regarding the status of the loan. I called the rep, sales manager anf so on but ko one had anu clue what is going on and atlast the told me to submit the documents again which I did again and they take another 2 weeks to complete it and atlast they told me that the loan is approved however we need the reply from ur work email.
I told them that I don’t have access to send or receive email from outside my company domin. They decline TO APPROVE THE LOAN AFTER 3 MONTHS JUST B3CAUSE OF THAT. IF THEY INFORMED ME ABOUT THAT AT THW VERY EARLY I WOULD HAD REQUESTED THE LOAN FROM OTHER BANK. IT WAS ABSOLUTE BULLSHIT. NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO ICICI.
