Today I want to share about my icici bank. I am a customer of icici bank last 15 years.
when they start that was provide good service its customer care center also listen the customer problems and they also solve it.
but now a days I am not satisfied my bank services.
I want to make a credit card so I called icici bank they said sir you are our regular and older customer we make your credit card free of cost no any charge no hidden charge.
next day a executive came and take my papes.
after one week send a person to my inquary. meanwhile I also called when make my credit card. they said sir give us some more time.
at last after 30 days my credit card make. they send messege on my mobile.with in working days they courier my credit cards.i was happy.
but now they called me sir give us our charge to make your credit card. I said but you said to me we will not take any charge. it means you make me fool.
no sir that is our processing fee.i was totally disappointed.i teach a lesson also never trust their sweet talks.so take care guys
