5 years back when I opened my first Bank account with SBBJ, was a zero balance student account. which I contunued to use till 3 years.
After completing my acadmics, I got job in a KPO, where I have given options to select a bank to open Salary account from HDFC, KOTAK, AXIS and ICICI. I don’t know why but I chose ICICI.
I have salary account with ICICI for last 3+ years by now and the best thing is I never visited any ICICI branch for any issues.
They have given me all my cheque book, debit card and passbook, internet banking credentials at the time of opening account. Within 3 days my account was activated.
With ICICI I feel my money as protected.I usually do all transactions online, I receive my bank statement every month on my personel mail id. For each transaction I receive Debit and credit SMS.
With ICICI you get a linked PAYBACK account. Payback has partnership with ICICI, future group and many more brands, when you transact(Not transfer and withdrawals) using ICICI debit/credit card you get payback points, which you can redeem to recharge a vodafone mobile, for the purchases made in Big bazaar etc.
I have visited ICICI bank to know about Fixed deposits, and representative there has explained me in very free way.Services of ICICI are good GO FOR IT.!
