My wife having one joint account in ICICI bank, the account number is 001701014893. we opened the RD account in N.I.T branch the RD account number is 102525000220. Before opening the RD account we will insure that the RD opening/closing process and one of the N.I.T Faridabad branch executive guide us that you can open the RD account only one account holder signature and also closed the RD same account holder signature.
Today 30th December 2011 I have placed the request to close the RD account, but now he says that you are not closed the RD because the bank need both account holder signature. If N.I.T Faridabad branch executive not aware about the process, why the branch manager assign the responsibility to this executive. I have talked with bank manager and she told me please let me know which executive told you the RD account opening/closing process, I think this is illogical question asked bank manager. I’m very surprising of bank manager’s attitude, because she will not helping me and asking the illogical questions from me. Who is responsible of wrong commitment. because of this wrong commitment how many people suffer.
Please take the corrective action and guide the bank executives.
