ICICI dont practice what they claim - customer CARE. They deduct money indiscriminately and dont bother to inform customers.
My 80-yr old mother receives interest from her FD in her savings account for all her household expenses. She is highly inconvenienced by the bank making huge deductions without explaining for what!
Form 15H was submitted and accepted by our branch. But still TDS has been deducted, which is totally UNJUST.
I am DISGUSTED.
