Have received Terrible Customer Service from ICICI bank. This has happened multiple times. They are extremely impatient(On one chat I noticed that a representative namedAbhilash questioned if I was stillonline within the span of 9 seconds! - I was online and was typing).
The internet banking experience is not good for NRIs. For example: On theFunds Transfer page, it requires you to enter in the debit card details and this is apparently mandatory. Why would I need a debit card if I am an NRI and do not plan to use it?
There is also the problem where they keep requesting a KYC(Know your Customer) often and inactivate your account, as well.
I may not stay on with them for too long if the issues mentioned above are not resolved.
