Hello everyone. I am the customer of ICICI bank from last 6 months and regularly using their services like Mobile Banking and Internet banking. I am satisfied with the mobile banking app but the internet banking site i.e. icicibank.com is the worst banking site Ive ever seen.
If yiu are using it for the first time you will face a number of issue in logging in to the site. What happened to with me was that , I had my login ID and password and whenever I try to log in they say invalid details or doesnt not exist in our database, conta nearset branch. And when I talked to customer care , they verified my details and said log in again and everything will be fine. But nothing goes well , I was unable to access my account. Then I reached my home branch , after a day or two they provided me new log in credentials and after that I was able to access my account.
The story doesnt end here , even after logging in you wont find their GUI user friendly , if you face any problem just talk to the customer support. No facility is provided online via chat support or email.
