I wanted a good online banking experience so I opted for an ICICI sb account after getting advice from my frinds. icici is fast, efficient, hassle-free and always uptodate in terms of new age banking.
ICICI internet banking is the most simple, user friendly and hassle free internet banking interface in my opinion because I had previously used federal bank and sbt internet banking and got fed up within hours.example-for ICICI internet banking, delay for adding a new beneficiary for funds transfer is only 30 minutes, where as in other banks it takes 48 hours, 24 hours etc. For ICICI its all one -click, simple and fast whereas for other banks, we have to physically visit bank manager and take permission from that fegit for adding a internet banking beneficiary! I am not kidding, you check it! LOL
Only cons- pricey services. ICICI has higher service charges.but this can be neglected as the icici service is top class and perfect.
