Beware if you have taken loans from ICICI bank. If you miss even a single payment for any reason, their goondas will be at your door in few days. In my case, the late payment happened because their dollar-sucking-no-use NRI money 2 india department, failed to transfer my money in time.
What is Shocking is that these third party rogue agents will have your account information and statements. This is clealry a breach of confidentiality agreement that we sign with them.
If you try to report or file complaint, you will be only breaking your head against the wall with their clueless Call center employees. If you try to write to them, the mail is probably landing in their trash.
It seems this company has no horizontal communication channels between its department. After many days of repeated calling, I was finally able to lodge a complaint and the person said - he will look into the matter. The next day, their hired goondas(collection agency rogue agents) were again at my doorstep in India. I feel like dragging them to court as their behaviour has resulted into harrassment of my parents.
