This is one of the worst bank when it comes to internet banking. I have observed, many times either their site is down, unresponsive or gives a bunch of technical error, which a common people cannot understand. In fact once, I have observed that their trading site icicidirect.com was down for continuously two days. Can you imagine, how can a bank like icici be such irresponsible and makes the sites down? In addition to that when you call their customer care and complaint about their site, they will simply say, please check the site its up and your internet connection might be down. Can you imagine how irrelevant such answers are?
Hence I decided to send them mail with detailed error. Though I got reply, but its not going to help me.
