I am the customer of icici bank from 2012 this month i.e 4th oct 2018 I have made within icici bank money transfer but while entering ac no 2 digit are swaps, but name which I have enter of client neither system showed wrong nor asked for branch no and transaction got successful. then I noted that I have entered wrong no so I called customer care and ask for help they said visit nearest branch they will help out u to get refund your money. on next day I visited Aurangabads main branch of icici bank. they took my return complaint on 5th oct 2018 and said there is 50- 50 chance to get refund in this case. whereas I have done within ICICI Bank money transfer means the money received by other person is also same bank customer. neither they have shared complaint reference no with me nor shared any TAT for complaint resolution.
being a such big bank customer expected good and helpful support but in my case they clearly told that there is no chance to get resolution. I am really disappointed with ICICI BANK customer relation team and tele customer care.
please help to resolve the issue
