I would like to highlight the dubious way in which ICICI Bank serves its customers through ATM (Agony Transfer Machine).Pls read the below narration of my recent experience.
There is ICICI Bank branch in Powai & 2 ATMs. For the past few days, the ATMs are out of Deposit envlopes. Various complaints to Bank yielded no results as the ATMs themselves r with Brinks Arya maintenance.
A telephone provded near ATM to call up ICICI (Helpless) Call Center has various keypad keys dysfunctional. Thus even if u can reach teh Call center, u cant select many menu options but only for the keys which r working.
Even the ATM booth doesnt have any Pen or Pins. The guard on duty has no complaint book for logging complaints. I had only one option - to use the blank deposit slips, write my complaint & put in thorugh the ATMs. I am sure others can use this method or discover more of their own to login the complaints.
If u enter the bank, u get swarmed with all type of agents selling insurance, credit card, etc. but no one is intrested in service.
