Though a spectrum of long variety of products and services ICICI has emerged as one of the greatest private sector bank. I have been using services of ICICI bank for almost 2 years. And within this time span I had never passed through hard time.
Phone Banking: I hardly had to use phone banking services because most of the required services has been already activated by bank staff at the time of opening the bank account.
Phone banking covers most of the services that ICICI provides.
Internet Banking:
When It comes to Internet banking ICICI is far ahead than nationalize banks of India. Easy to use the service and even user friendly.
ATM Service:
You can do cradless withdrawal from ICICI bank ATMs if you forgot your debit card.
However they have less number of ATMs compared to SBI, ATMs are in good maintenance.
You will find ICICI ATMs mostly in city area.ICICI ATMs are swipe and withdraw ATMs.
Customer Service:
When It comes to customer service ICICI is way ahead of nationalize banks. Bank staff is most of the time young crown. They will talk politely and also provide you accurate information you asked for in a pleasant way.
Mobile App:
I would also like to share the feedback for Mobile application of ICICI bank. To install this app I found some difficulty in earlier stage but after that its smooth experience for me.
Very user friendly application they have provided . You can easily navigate from one service to another. Now a days they have introduced new service wherein you can add beneficiary on mobile app to make NEFT transfer.
My overall experience with ICICI is pleasant and symbol of good service and trust.
