Pathetic as always.
I was not able to change the auto renewal mode of my fixed deposits.
I called customer care with the intention to ask them to change it on phone.
But she mentioned she is there to only guide me to do it via internet. I have to speak to my relationship manager(who is another lousy person). or to visit the bank.
I asked then why you are even there. She had no answers.
This is how customer care service never surprises me in my every single interaction.
