I totally conflict with the previous review...he may have been just to only one branch and one cant really judge a reputed bank like icici itself, if one person had a bad day at the bank.....thats totally unaccepable .I feel worth mentioning that icici has the best custumer service I have ever seen and yea its slogan ’’hum hain naa ’’ is up to its word..ICICI not only provides better service but also better banking facilities...i agree with you that they dont have ATMs every nook and corner like SBI/SBH has , but it has in select areas..ICICI Bank offers a wide spectrum of domestic and international banking services to facilitate trade, investment, cross-border business, and treasury and foreign exchange services. This is in addition to a whole range of deposit services offered to individuals and corporate bodies.
.The bank , I feel is a sign of trust....so people never judge a book by its cover...
