I am customer of ICICI bank since 2009. I dont have very good experience with ICICI bank. The Phone banking service is good, ATM availability is not good, Internet banking service is average, imobile, a mobile banking application for android is very bad, its not working Ive contacted many time on customers care and personally in bank, but they people are not able to resolve my problem so the customer service is not good.
When I visits to the bank branch I realise that the employees in bank only take care of their target, selling of new accounts and life insurance and loans, they dont pay attention on customer services. The charges and penalties are also very high. So my overall experience with ICICI bank was not good. thanks
