ICICI is not safe at all.
I lost my 20000/- from the ATM, but ICICI is not even interested to resolve my problem. at the ATM there was no security guards & no protection at all.& someone was roaming around to hack the account at the ATM freely !
I have now decided to close the account(6297 0152 1147) of all my family members & will shift to HDFC bank for safety.
I used ICICI since 1999 & closed in 2013 but reopened due to their schemes of privilege banking facilities but I am no more going to continue.
