Its review time n my target today is the one of the famous banks in INDIA and that is icici. Well this is the first time I m dealing with this bank coz my office has tie-up with the same. The bank claims to be the best. Best in the business. Best in customer support n best in all departments.
I completely disagree to thier fake claims n this decision is based on the pathetic response from their side on one of my simple requests.
You all must be aware of the mchek application introduced by Airtel(another so hyped company with bunch of crooks).So I had installed that mchek application on my cell phone n tried to use the service.
The only thing I needed to avail the benefits of the mchek service was to connect my bank account with the mchek application. So I requested the same to the ICICI bank customer executive n he promised me that it will be done within 4 working days(that is the maximum time for that process).
OK fine I waited for 5 days. The next day I called them n a lady answered me, again I have to explain every single thing to her n she told me that there might be some problem and it will take one more day.I said OK. I wasn’t having too many options either.
The next day I recieved a message from their side which stated"Dear Customer, your ICICI debit card is ready to be reloaded on your mChek client within 30 mins.Please accept request when prompted."
I was happy that finally I will be able to use the services but then....i waited n waited n I haven’t recieved anything from them till now.
I called dem again n a customer executive from thier side responded having the worst of accent u could accept from a telecaller...khair after explaining the whole mahabharat once again I was being told dat my request has been forwarded once again.
So this is what u get at the end of the day. ICICI Bank is pathetic n I wont recommend anyone to use the services of this ever so hyped Bank.
