Hi friends, here is your friend makhan singh and today I will share my bad experience on icicibank.com. If you value your time, energy, money and importantly health then avoid this crappy bank! ( Because they will drive you crazy) . Things were perfect till the account was opened.Thereafter everything went downhill, because I just wanted to do my fund transfer to newly opened account in Indian overseas bank from icici and also closing the account is really tough and they have managed to screw-up that simple service at multiply levels.Inially their customer-care employee said, I can do normal wire transfer, so I did a normal wire transfer but the transaction was rejected( because my Icici bank account was inactive or frozen) . Luckily my morher home is nearer to the branch so I visited the branch and asked them about it.They asked me to do another wire transfer and they assured to clear the freeze.Believing them I made another wire transfer but again the transaction was rejected for the same reason.I had long discussions with the branch employees and customer care employees for so many times, I get different opinions at everytime but not a true solution.Really frustrating as hell and totally worthless service. Now they are asking me to send a cheque.Telling me that they will clear the issue as soon as possible.Atlast I decided not to continue any service with this bank. Thanks for reading my review.
