ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd. is the company from where I insured my bike. My bike was stolen and I registered the claim and and for 2 months I am wandering from one deptt. the
I submitted my document on time and till today there no status. I tried calling many times to the Customer care Department .
CC Executive do not have anyinformation about the claim status. I even tried sending email but in starting they refused the claim, reason I have not submitted the documents and then after some emails they told that they will get back to me early as possible and after 10 days no communication from the email.
When I called the customer care they told that they don’t have any information about the claim and they provided me phone num that never existed and again I called they gave me a number was wrong and then again I called they gave me a number belonged to the surveyor I kept on trying for whole day but no one answered.
Then I called the CC dept they told that they are taking the complaint and the surveyor will call me in 24 hrs and its 10 day and the 24 hrs period is not over yet. Yesterday I again called customer care department and they gave me another num on () I tried to call but no one answered May be the surveyor is not interested in the job that he is assigned and no one contacted my and May be the surveyor is not concerned about the duty that is assigned to him or he doesn’t care about the customer who is the source of the his salary.
And than I called the customer care department they kept me on hold for 18 min and I was told that they do not have any information and when I asked for the supervisor they refused and they told in 24hr I will get the call.
I would request you to please take of this issue because when a customer buy a policy then its hassle free and without the document and when its time for the claim customer become a football kicked from one department to other.
I am writing with a hope thatto take the action and see how customer is treated after buying the Policy.
